The Department of Economics and Business Economics hosts the following research centres. Our research centres conduct impactful research by addressing key challenges of our time.


Aarhus Center for Econometrics

ACE conducts research focusing on the development of econometric theory and methodology.

CoRE - Center for Research in Energy: Economics and Markets

CoRE is a research center focusing on independent research in energy economics and its related disciplines including climate and environmental economics.

Research Centre for Firms and INdustry Dynamics (FIND)

FIND conducts research on firms' behaviour and responses to outside changes, the dynamic adjustments of sectors, and the economic systems' overall responses in general equilibrium.

TrygFonden’s Centre for Child Research

The centre has more than 60 associated researchers in economics, pedagogy, psychology, political science, criminology, children's development and language. The goal is to increase the well-being among children and young adults.
