Aarhus offers a wide range of accommodation options across different hotel categories. 

Upper-end hotels in the city include Hotel Royal —an iconic historic boutique hotel in the city centre—as well as Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Aarhus and Helnan Marselis Hotel, which offer higher-end amenities and conference facilities. 

Mid-range business hotels include Scandic City, a modern 4-star hotel in the heart of Aarhus within walking distance of major attractions and transport links, and Scandic The Mayor, centrally located near the main train station and cultural venues. 

For more budget-friendly options, participants may consider Wakeup Aarhus and Hotel Atlantic in the city centre, as well as Scandic Aarhus Vest, a modern hotel with convenient access to the main approach roads to the city. The Scandic Vest should only be considered by participants traveling by car. Whereas the hotel offers free parking, it is a bit further away from the city and the conference venue.

In addition, a new Moxy hotel is expected to open soon, further expanding the available accommodation capacity.
