An annual two-day workshop is arranged every autumn. All graduate students in economics are expected to participate. At this workshop PhD students get the opportunity to present their work and receive valuable feedback from fellow PhD students and faculty.

PhD students in the early stages of their graduate studies are not expected to present a full paper. Instead, they are encouraged to give a flash talk and serve as discussants. The workshop offers an excellent opportunity to network with fellow PhD students and faculty members from various institutions.

The next DGPE workshop will be held on 6 - 7 November 2025.
