Christoffer will, among other things, talk about route structure, how they are created, maintained, and updated for an ever-changing setting. He will also allow his dual function to come out a bit, where cost vs quality will become relevant.

There will be areas that work really well for DHL as an organization and company, but he will also get in touch with some of the areas that continue to challenge them.
