Maria Knoth Humlum is a Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics and a Research Fellow at TrygFonden's Centre for Child Research and IZA. She acquired her PhD from Aarhus University in 2009. Maria is currently an expert member of the Danish Economic Council and a member of the editorial board at Empirical Economics.
Maria's research is centered around empirical applications in education, labor, and health. Maria is in charge of the research program on Teacher-Child Interactions at TrygFonden's Centre for Child Research.
Maria currently teaches an Econometrics course on the 4th semester. She has previously taught courses in Microeconomics and Microeconometrics.
