Freja Kvistgaard is a PhD fellow at the Department of Economics and Business Economics, Aarhus University where she is also affiliated with TrygFonden's Centre for Child Research. She holds a Master's degree in Economics with specialization in Public Policy from Aarhus University (2025).
Research
Freja's research focuses on the economics of education, with a particular emphasis on identifying the characteristics of "good teachers" in Danish public schools.
Her PhD supervisors are Professor Maria Knoth Humlum and Professor Helena Skyt Nielsen.
