Philipp Schröder will head new expert group to analyse government procurement of legal services

Professor Philipp Schröder has been appointed head of a new expert group that will analyse competitive tendering of the state's procurement of legal services through the legal counselling scheme.

The analysis will form the basis of a proposal to the government on better competition and quality in the state's attorney procurement as well as possible proceeds.

The group's recommendations are expected to be ready by the end of 2024.
