The Danish government has appointed an expert group to assess various models for a future restructuring of vehicle taxes. The expert group will evaluate different taxation models based on how well they meet objectives related to, among others, the green transition, mobility, and maintaining revenue from vehicle-related taxes. Furthermore, the expert group will consider the administrative burdens on businesses associated with different approaches to designing future vehicle taxes.
