Mathias Danielsen Plovst

Mathias D. Plovst is a second year Ph.d.-student at Aarhus University – Business and Social Sciences. In 2021, Mathias completed his master in Economics and Management (cand.oecon) at Aarhus University with his master thesis examining macro longevity risk using a unique data set on a Danish pension fund. His main research interests lie in Pension systems, with a strong emphasis on mortality risks, pension products, derivatives and green (and or alternative) asset classes. Further, he has held lectures on mortality models (Multipopulation models) and has assisted in derivatives lectures.
