Ulrich Hounyo is currently an Associate Professor of Economics at the University at Albany, SUNY. He obtained the PhD degree in economics from University of Montreal in 2013 after prior studies in Statistics and Economics at ENSEA-Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
He held a postdoctoral researcher position at CREATES and at Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance.
His current research interests include bootstrap methods, financial econometrics, time series and financial economics.
Ulrich Hounyo has published his research in leading academic journals such as Econometric Theory, The Econometrics Journal, Journal of Financial Econometrics, Journal of Econometrics, and Journal of American Statistical Association (forthcoming).
