Welcome to The Operations and Supply Chain Day 2021 organized by CORAL (Cluster for Operations Research, Analytics, and Logistics) at Aarhus University in collaboration with Danish Operations Research Society (DORS).
COVID-19 has posed significant challenges for supply chains globally and revealed how vulnerable firms’ supply chains are. Consequently, firms today face the challenge of how to make their supply chains more resilient without weakening their competitiveness. And while so much has happened over the past year, this global disruption may present an opportunity to take a step back and reflect. The event will offer a great opportunity to share, exchange, and advance experience and insight into how firms have used the COVID-19 crisis to build greater flexibility by adopting business process innovations and new technologies.
The event will be open for the public with target audience being students, researchers, professionals and policy makers interested in supply chain management.
