Søren Slipsager Clausen has been awarded a large travel grant of DKK 150,000 from the foundation Købmand Herman Sallings Fond

The foundation Købmand Herman Sallings Fond has granted PhD student Søren Slipsager Clausen from the Department of Economics and Business at School of Business and Social Sciences (BSS) an impressive travel grant of DKK 150,000 for 2015.

Søren Slipsager Clausen plans to spend his scholarship on a research stay at New York University.

In his research Søren Slipsager Clausen focuses on quantitative portfolio management. Specifically, he wants to explore how different portfolio asset classes can be used quantitatively to ensure a proper portfolio risk composition.
