Public Sector Research Group


This research group applies theories and empirical methods to the study of the public sector. Research topics include among other things public and private sector differences, New Public Management, and health, human resource management, management accounting, innovation, job design, organizational behaviour and -performance – all in a public sector context.

The research group makes use of a range of empirical research methods in studying the common theme, i.e., questionnaire surveys, register data, interviews, and field studies.
