Measurement of Spillover from Creative Industries

The Workshop on ‘Measurement of Spillover from Creative Industries’ will be held on 26 August 2014.

The Workshop is part of a research project aiming at developing a measurement tool of the spill-over potential from the creative industry to other industries.  The project approaches creative industries based on the people employed. Based on the Danish register data an index of company creativity has been developed that is formed on the human capital creative capabilities, and this index has been linked to company performance and economic variables.

The project is financed by RethinkIMPACTS 2017 which is a joint project of Aarhus University and Aarhus as European Capital of Culture in 2017. Read more about the research project here.

The agenda for the workshop is a mix of distinguished speaks from researchers in the fields of spillovers, creativity and innovative behavior and a panel debate focused on spillover measurement.
