WARP 1
1st Workshop on Arc Routing Problems - Copenhagen 22-24 May 2013

In the field of vehicle routing, Arc Routing has been relatively neglected compared to Node Routing. However in recent years, this key area of study is attracting more interest and attention from researchers and practitioners who wish to find viable solutions to problems arising in practice.
With this first workshop on Arc Routing, we seek to gather researchers and practitioners with an interest in Arc Routing. The goal is to strengthen the international network and to share the latest research, problems, applications and ideas with the rest of the community.
Topics include, but are not limited to, any variation of capacitated or un-capacitated arc routing with single or multiple vehicles, single or multiple objective functions. The problems may be modeled on underlying graphs that are undirected, directed or mixed. Contributions to new solution methodologies that can be applied to arc routing problems are invited, including exact and heuristic approaches. Also contributions regarding arc sectoring are invited. We welcome practical problems that can be modeled as arc routing, including exploration of new areas of application.
